1. Calculated resting metabolic rate (RMR), or how many calories I should burn at rest.
2. ACTUAL RMR based upon a legit, individualized RMR test
3. Thatโ€™s a difference of ~700 kcal per day! No, calories arenโ€™t the only thing that matter, but they matter. This difference over weeks could be staggering.
4. If you have a specific goal, being 700kcal off daily would ruin your results. This would make trying to gain weight right now impossible for me. Then Iโ€™d be sad and think Iโ€™m destined to be a frail little boy.
5. Thereโ€™s hope! I tested my own body and didnโ€™t rely on others. This is why you need to test, not guess, your individual health. Population data will not help you. Do the work and find out how your body works.
