10 Nutrient Dense Foods You Need to be Eating for HEALTHY Weight Loss:
1. Shrimp
Shrimp is nutritious, takes minutes to cook, and is basically protein.
There are endless ways to prepare it, and even great to have some shrimp cocktail in the fridge for a snack!
This plate right here is 92g of protein and took 3 minutes on the grill!
2. Lean ground beef
I love lean ground beef because of how versatile it is, how easy/quick it is to cook, and it reheats very well.
Make an easy bolognese, taco bowl, lettuce wraps, the list goes on.
It’s also extremely easy to cook in bulk!
3. Wild game
Wild game is amazing because it has a very similar nutrient profile to beef, but is naturally very lean.
I use a lot of ground game meat, but throwing some steaks on the grill is great too.
This soup right here has 3 of the 10 foods on the list!
4. White fish
White fish is another one that is basically pure protein, and cooks very quickly.
Throw it in the oven with a little butter, herbs and lemon, or use some blackened seasoning!
Try to get fat eating white fish, impossible.
5. Bone broth
I love bone broth because it is a very easy way to get some extra protein in, and has different amino acids than muscle meat that are necessary for overall health.
It’s pretty filling, and you can also make a quick soup with it like this:
6. Potatoes
Potatoes are one of the most satiating foods in the world!
According to the satiety index they are approximately 2.5 times the feeling of fullness compared to rice and pasta.

7. Fresh herbs
Fresh herbs are an amazing way to add a ton of flavor to dishes without any extra calories

8. Scallops
Scallops are absolutely delicious, quick/easy to cook, very nutritious and pure protein as well.
Just 100g of scallops contains 24g of protein despite being only 137 calories!
9. Sockeye salmon
Sockeye salmon is typically leaner than other types of salmon, but still one of the healthiest foods you can eat.
Another one that takes minutes to cook, and is extremely nutrient dense as well.
10. Greek yogurt
Greek yogurt is great because it typically has double the protein as other types of yogurt.
I love making a bowl with some berries and bee pollen for a nutritious snack, that also satisfies some sweet cravings.
