Cashew and milk.
Eating cashew and afterwards taking milk is not poisonous, but it’s not advisable. Here is the reason..🧵
Cashew with milk does not make it deadly. It rather prevents you from obtaining maximum nutrients from the plant, causes indigestion and prevents your body from absorbing other nutrients.
Cashew contains high levels of a compound called tannins. These tannins has the ability to interact with protein molecules forming large cross-linked complexes that are insoluble in water.
This affects absorption of nutrients such as protein, Vit C, and Vit A.
A combination of cashew and milk will only limit the nutritional/ medicinal value of the milk and cashew but it’s not poisonous to kill you.
