Lunch is a little stir fry
-Ground chicken with 25% liver & heart
-Organic carrots & broccoli
-Organic jasmine rice

Start by making your stir fry sauce
Cook your ground meat, then remove and set aside.
On the same pan, add your veggies and cook until they start to soften. You may need to add a splash of oil as well.
When the veggies are soft, add the meat back in, as well as the sauce.
Stir well until everything is coated and the sauce starts to thicken.
Serve over rice, rice noodles or by itself.
Garnish with green onion & sesame seeds.
This is a super quick & easy meal prep or weeknight dinner, very nutrient dense, delicious and budget friendly!
It is also a great recipe to sneak some organs in if you donโ€™t like the taste.
