SPICY STIR FRY
Recipe below👇🏼
Start by making your sauce. Combine:
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
Juice from 1/2 lime
Grated garlic & ginger
Pinch of salt
This sauce was enough for 1 pound of meat, you can easily double or triple it for more.
Next, prep your protein. I would have preferred to make this with beef or shrimp but I just happened to have chicken in my fridge.
Slice into bite sizes pieces, then add to a sizzling hot pan/wok with a drop of oil.
Season with salt and pepper, and cook until almost done.
When done, add your sauce, and stir until it thickens. At this point your protein should be fully cooked.
I served with white rice because that’s what I had, but it’d also be great with rice noodles or cauliflower rice if you want less carbs.
You can also add any veggies you want, I just didn’t have any on hand.
I like to garnish with some extra sriracha, green onions and lime.
This is an extremely quick, easy and delicious meal, and can be adjusted to your liking however you want!
