Swing structure helps us to know where we are in current market structure. Are we in discounted zone or premium zone, are we trending up or trending down. It also helps us to pick valid structural liquidity and POI.
Valid swing structure will have sweep of low followed by move up (in bullish scenario) then liquidity built up and swept by weak high with a move down in which structural liquidity gets taken out.
You aim to take a trade based on liquidity and if price is at discounted or premium zone. If we have Strong low and structural liquidity near it and it is in discounted zone of recent swing structure then it is good opportunity to long.
