1. Never disobey or hurt a female. Feed cows regularly. Apply tilak on your forehead daily, preferably done by an elder or priest. Don't be dogmatic. Pray to Lord Shiva or Vishnu. Be careful when forming relationships with foreign natives or those who are significantly younger.
2. Never abuse priests or educators. Donate yellow food items at your KulDevta temple, especially through a bhandara (community feast). Show respect to all guests, especially the elderly.
Pray to Goddess AnnaPurna if Jupiter in even rashi, if in odd then to Lord Jagannatha.
3. Take blessings from young girls. Be mindful of your words, and avoid speaking ill of others. Keep the entrance of your house clean and welcoming; it should not be unpleasant. Worshiping Ma Balasundari is beneficial. Apply Haldi & Kesar on your earlobe.
4. Avoid any holes, dampness, or similar issues in your house. Offer your seva (service) to medicinal plants, as well as sacred trees like Bargad (Banyan) or Pipal (Peepal). Avoid alcohol or meat in the house. Keep your wardrobe and food private, and refrain from wearing short clothes. Pray to Lord Shiva.
5. Offer your service in temples, especially if it's your KulDevta temple. Avoid becoming rigid towards any cultures or beliefs. Don’t boast about yourself. Always seek the blessings of your father, no matter what.
6. Help poor priests or educators with food, clothes, or other necessities. Serve the temple closest to your home. Support children who need educational assistance—whether by teaching them or in other ways. Be cautious of corrupted characters. Show respect and devotion to your deity irrespective of outcome, and avoid eating in public.
7. Adultery can lead to severe problems in this context—totally avoid it. Worship Lord Shiva and Gauri together. Help elderly women who are without children or a husband. Be cautious of frauds posed by random people who appear to be priests or so.
8. Feed a priest or sage who lives in a kacha (mud or temporary) house. There might be some unresolved souls in the family—seek them out and perform shanti (peace) rituals. Prayers should be conducted in isolated rooms.
9. Avoid corrupted habits and stick to your word. Follow the traditions of your ancestors. Attend the daily Aarti in the temple. Bathe in sacred waters regularly. Offer your help in ashrams or schools.
10. Apply kesar-haldi tilak on forehead. Keep your head covered, keep sikha. Pray to Lord Ganesha or Krishna. Help handicapped kids.
11. Don’t covet others wealth and success. Never deject elders or parents. Avoid excessive materialism, as it will disrupt your peace—steer clear of alcohol, meat, and similar indulgences. Pray to Shiva or Rudra Form.
12. Never support any false happenings. Don’t be overly logical in your life, but also don’t trust everyone blindly. Avoid actions driven by the pursuit of instant happiness—always consider the long term, or you may regret it later. Help those who are isolated or lonely. Pray to the avatars of Lord Vishnu.
