On July 16, 2024, Caleb Downs showed up to Nashville alongside other neo-Nazi GDL members to terrorize residents in an attention-seeking Nazi stunt.

To confirm the connection of Hissing Possum to "Caleb Downs" we scoured his socials. A photo of a T-shirt was posted to Telegram, and the background of the photo showed wooden walls and a leather couch that matched Facebook photos from Caleb's family members.
On Caleb Downs’ “Hissing Possum” (@wokieokie) Telegram account, he posted that he was a Proud Boy from Collinsville, Oklahoma. Caleb Downs, of Collinsville, still has a Proud Boys tattoo on his arm.

@wokieokie In mid 2022, Caleb Downs married long-time fiancée Brandi Nicole Bussard, who went under the names "Nicole Magnusson" and "Nicole Preston" during her attempted acting and modeling career in Hollywood.
@wokieokie While we could not verify white supremacist activity by Nicole Downs, she seems to have no issues with her husband being a Proud Boy in public, and we doubt she is unaware of Caleb's abhorrent activities.
