Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora said that an examination of Bharti's plea reveals that there are multiple typographical errors and the reference to respondents in the synopsis of the plea does not correlate to memo of parties.
The judge pointed that the plea makes reference to Respondent No 4 but there is no Respondent No 4 in the memo of parties.
โIt [the petition] is full of mistakes. There are too many mistakes. You will have to correct the petition first. I canโt issue notice because I canโt understandโฆ I will adjourn and you file a corrected petition,โ the court said.
The matter will be heard next on August 13.
