A video of the horrific incident showed a man, identified as #SheikhJilani, attacking the victim #SheikhRasheed using a Machete in the middle of the road.
3⃣The video showed a severed hand and #Rasheed bleeding profusely before being dealt with severe blows to his neck. As per eyewitnesses, the accused severed both of #Rasheed’s hands before dealing a fatal blow to his neck.
