How anyone born in a Hindu Family would have been presumed to be a “Criminal, Communal and a Terrorist” by birth???
The Communal Violence Bill, 2005
I am absolutely sure that majority of you wouldn’t have known about this law, honestly even I never knew about this law until a few weeks ago.
This thread will be an eye opener for everyone as it will further expose the nefarious Anti Hindu plans of congress which couldn’t be executed from 2004-14 due to behind the scenes efforts of BJP.
Please share this with everyone so that people are aware of Anti Hindu plans of Congress.

2004
We all know although Manmohan Singh was made the Prime Minister in 2004 but the real power was vested in 10 Janpath.
The then UPA govt formed a National Advisory Council under the Chairmanship of Sonia Gandhi.
Officially the role of NAC was to advise the Prime Minister in various policy issues and changes but in reality Sonia Gandhi was running the Govt from behind the scenes under the garb of NAC.

Majority of the NAC members were lifelong loyalists of the Gandhi family and you will find some very interesting names below 👇

2005 :
NAC prime job was to draft laws and policies for the UPA Govt and in 2005 NAC recommended The Communal Violence Bill 2005 and it was introduced in Rajya Sabha.
The Salient Features of this Bill were :
1. Every locality in the country would be defined as Majority or Minority Localities.
2. Every association or a group either registered or unregistered would be defined as a Majority Group or Minority Group.
Minority Group: All Muslims, Sikhs, Christians,SC, ST etc.
Majority Group: All Hindus.

Hostile Environment against Minority Group:
This was the most striking feature of the Law by which the government had the power of declaring any Hindu Majority Area as a Communal Violence area on the following grounds:
1. Boycott of shops, trade or business of minorities.
2. Public humiliation of minorities.
3. Depriving of the fundamental rights to minorities.
4. Forcing members of the minority to leave their homes.
5. Any other criterion deemed fit by the govt.
The Communal Violence Bill 2005 was a replica of Criminal Tribes Act, 1924 which was passed by the British.
The division between the “Group” and “Others” presumes anyone born in a Hindu family to be a “born criminal and communal”.

The Nefarious plan of congress was to officially declare every Hindu a criminal, communal and a terrorist by birth.
The Bill was strongly opposed by BJP and it was behind the scenes hard work of late @arunjaitley ji because of which The Communal Violence Bill was stuck in Rajya Sabha till 2011.
The UPA again in 2011 introduced a revised draft of the bill but due to the strong opposition of BJP it was again stalled and couldn’t be ever passed.

Just imagine if the Congress had succeeded in passing this law then we Hindus would have become terrorists in our own country.
This is the real agenda of congress.
