Guys, so yesterday i took tome to download the constitution and realized that right now, we are at the crossroads.
We all know we are LEADERLESS, FEARLESS, TRIBELESS, AND PARTYLESS, but not RADARLESS OR DIRECTIONLESS just to avoid being useless. We have one agenda, RUTO MUST GO.
However constitutionally, we are extremely fucked in our movement
Excuse my French, but I wanted it to explicitly explain the current dire situation we are in. Walk with me. This is entirely my observation and opinion, and i stand to be corrected.
The most amazing and promising fact about our course is that many of us are informed. We are educated. Power of information. However, i have realized we have another chunk of vigorous youth with vibrant energy that are a little bit ignorant or lack knowledge about the deep aspects of the whole ordeal. The whole purpose of this Gen Z movement is returning normalcy or trying to attain tranparency and how we can do things right in this current distorted government. This means we have to do it the right way. And the right way, is adhering to the constitution which has been severely abused by our arrogant obtuse leaders with minimal IQ. All my life, i have strived to do things right. And ulif you go through my pinned tweet, you will realize i have been championing for youth employment, justice, transparency and all other virtues. The correct right way. So, whats the right options now?
First things first, i would suggest various ways of tackling with our inept government marred with sheer incompetency. Before digressing further, one thing that many people fail to grasp, Ruto Must go isnt literal. It doesnt mean only Ruto has to go. He has to go with all the dysfunctional system. Flush out all the rotten system and sewage.
What options do we have then? Well, lemme give you a list.
1. Last week, on Wednesday night, I hosted a space and many people were very angry and wanted to march to statehouse. Which is commendable and understoodable. We can chant outside without commiting any offence. But I realized this is impossible. Occupy parliament didnt mean breaching the walls, it meant we can chant outside. Many people on the ground protesting arent on twitter. You cant control an angry charged crowd. I withdrew my statements last minute because i thought we would chant outside but people wanted to march inside. Well, first of all, state house is under military surveillance. Its a protected area. The article shared by LSK chair Faith Odhiambo warned against breaching protected areas. This is a detrimental offence. Okay, what if we breached the fence? Oust Ruto? Okay. Ruto, the evil dictator, gone to sugoi to continue selling chicken awaiting trial. Lets reflect on this first. They shall be a collosal number of casualties on the fence. This is a fact. Snipers situated within State house shall burst a couple of heads. That's for sure. Many kenyan, young Kenyans shall be dropped. Blood shall be shed. But we shall achieve our objective. Ruto gone. But lives lost. In any given revolution, that happens. But, at what cost? Well, we oust Ruto, what next?Gachagua takes over? Hell no! Better the devil come from hell to lead us. Wetangula? The gold scammer? A big no.
Military might take over. You know how the military has been leading in nairobi county, remember the NMS? Kenya meat commison? Somalia? Not them. So, they have the option of taking power and retaining (likely possible) or returning to the democratically elected president. The real dictator shall come back charged up ten times more. And all those people who orchestrated this shall be charged with treason. Nothing achieved. Another option is elections, but we don't have the IEBC!
Well, this option is available, but personally, i am against this. Its not the right way. But the Voice of the people , is the voice of God. Power bestowed upon the president can be taken by the people.
2. Impeachment of Ruto. With what parliament? The one he already owns...

2. Impeachment of Ruto. With what parliament? The one he already owns...
.. (his little bitches). No, not a viable option. And after impeachment, what next? No IEBC. You must have notice how important IEBC is at this juncture.
3. Force Ruto to dissolve parliament in order to recall our MPs? Under Article 261(7) of the Kenyan Constitution, the President has the authority to dissolve Parliament if it fails to fulfill its constitutional mandate. In this case scenario, it's not legislative irresponsibility but rather due to the lack of public confidence and failure in its mandated responsibilities. Okay. After recalling MPigs, what next? We don't have IEBC. Oooh, well, IEBC commissioners nominated by president shall have to be vetted by parliament
Which parliament? Ooh the one Ruto dissolved. Not that option again.
3. Reconstitution of IEBC. The most VIABLE option. But we must be vigilant of this guy. He is a master manipulator, conniving and a pathological liar. Let's not give him time to restrategize. When parliament comes back after recess, that's the first order of the house. Instead of us digging his political grave, let's give him the spade to dig. Reconstitute IEBC then we can impeach him or recall the Yes MPs.
But before that, what can he actually do immediately. You guys know about NADCO report headed by Kimani Ichinga and others? Well, it derailed for almost a year. I think I haven't even seen it's resolution.
What then can he immediately perform as a sitting president? The immediate course of action so that we can actually believe him since he is a fulltime (conniving and cunning) liar?
Just like Thanos, he can snap his fingers ( declare/sign/approve) and do the following:
1. Issue a public apology to the fallen heroes and full compensation to the families of the victims.
2. Removal of CAS positions that are still paid. (With immediate effect)
3. Reconstitute the entire Cabinet. Linturi sold fake fertilizers. He should have been hanged a long time again. Triggering food insecurity is the highest offence on land. Nakhumicha is incompetent. Moses kuria is stupid. Chirchir and Murkomen are looters like Ruto etc.
4. Arrest all those police officers who participated in the murder of innocent Kenyans. Also, all those who were involved in police brutality and MUST face full consequences and repercussions so as to ascertain that nothing like that shall happen in the future. Fire all the people responsible for this. Arrest all those NIS officers who abducted innocent influencers and other Kenyans who spoke against this despicable regime.
This is before 7th of July, which they have set for the committee of non existent leaders. Yesterday, we saw Lordess Abraham husband , Gerald Bitok, putting across various issues. Reject all those. We are giving Ruto an ultimatum
We don't want a dialogue with a lunatic. But we have no option but to strike a deal with the devil.
All these are my sentiments. If you become logical, you will see I am making sense.
Other issues that shall come after are tax Accountability, arrest of corrupt leaders etc.
If this government adhered strictly to the constitution, then I think chapter 6 should be scrapped off because almost none of them meets the criteria.
What's your opinion?
