1. It was Dy CM .@AjitPawarSpeaks who allocated these funds under his domain as FM in Maharashtra NDA Govt! CM .@mieknathshinde Ji & Dy CM .@Dev_Fadnavis Ji were not required to be party to it, nor could oppose it.
Why?
Because IT'S MANDATORY!

BECAUSE...In 2007, when CONgress was in power in Maharashtra, during tenure of then CM Vilasrao Deshmukh, it had promised Union Govt of UPA (again under CONgress) to grant subsidy to Waqf Board.
This provision EXISTS since 2007 & NOT BEING DONE NOW AS BEING PROJECTED.

digitalize all Waqf property data so that Govt can VERIFY all Waqf claims & RETURN whatever was taken over by Waqf Board WITHOUT documentation, to REAL owners & you can guess who these REAL Owners must be!
