๐Ÿ”ฑ We use confirmation candlesticks when price is at our POI.
๐Ÿ”ฑ Here is an example of what we want to see.
๐Ÿ”ฑ Same "pattern" that we trade on HTF (4H) in this case, we want to see same on LTF to confirm that trade is valid.
๐Ÿ”ฑ SCOB - Single candle orderblock
๐Ÿ”ฑ SCOB is similar to CSD (change in state of delivery)
but SCOB uses single candle to validate and CSD is based on closing of a price in POI.
๐Ÿ”ฑ Here is an example of SCOB entry following orderflow which in this case was bullish.
๐Ÿ”ฑ CSD - Change in state of delivery.
๐Ÿ”ฑ Here is an example of CSD. It is confirmed once candlestick that takes out liquidity is closed by bodies like shown here in this example.
๐Ÿ”ฑ Here is another example of CSD and SCOB.
๐Ÿ”ฑ We can say this is both SCOB and CSD. In this case price retested wick/rejection block and that is still valid CSD that can be taken for shorts once body engulfs bullish candle or on retest of that bullish candle.
@DANIEL4TUNE_ @WealthNkem ๐Ÿ”ฑ Here is another example of #xauusd #gold trade I took on Monday.
๐Ÿ”ฑ Price came in zone I marked 22. May as buying zone and made confirmation "pattern" and confirmation candlestick to enter and retested it later on.
