Ironically, he also talks about how ASEAN has emerged as an independent voice post-colonialism. Mr Xu Hui and his comrades should remember that it is China that is currently a neo-colonialist power. If he agrees with Marcos Jr, would CCP stop harassing PH & VN? 5/8 @ngahpham

Vid 5 - Marcos Jr makes an important point when he says that there is no such thing as a regional conflict because of the changing world dynamics. It's true, the consequences of letting China control SCS are dangerous for other nations in the region. 7/8 @duandang
