4. Use the "5-Second Rule":

For example, if you have a big project, break it down into steps like researching, outlining, writing, and editing.
This way, you'll feel less overwhelmed and more motivated to get started.
6. Use the "Pareto Principle":
This will prioritize tasks and avoid procrastination.
Focus on the top 20% of your tasks that will produce 80% of your results.
7. Create a "Not To-Do" list:
This will help free up time and mental energy for more important tasks.
Identify tasks or activities that are not essential or that can be delegated, and stop doing them.
The root of procrastination isn't laziness, it's anxiety.
