Indian Govt didn't allow Pfizer & Moderna vaccines without proper trial & testing. These companies wanted to sell their vaccine in India without proper Local study, trail & safety.
Along with this they asked protection from any legal action in case of side effects hence Indian govt said "No" to Pfizer and M-Rna vaccines.
