1/ 𧡠Introducing the concept of: Geocapacity
Geocapacity π¨π³ πΊπΈ Overcapacity
Geo: global/green energy output + capacity
Geocapacity: a climate-friendly large scale green industrial capacity that aids the world towards its green transition goals & climate targets. #overcapacity

2/ Geocapacity is having an industrial capacity for green & renewable energy productions & infrastructural green technologies that are available globally for the developing world in terms of a green market that offers: renewable installations, solar & wind technologies and #EV's.
3/ China's geocapacity is not an overcapacity as Western overcapacinst trolls say, rather it's #China's surplus that is giving the developing world access to clean and green energy, affordable solar panels and renewable installations, cross-border green mobility and local EVs.
4/ Africa for example has the lowest electricity access rate globally β a legacy of colonial era coal power stations. However, the establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (#FOCAC) in 2000 started Africa's energy transition from fossil fuels to green & renewables.
6/6 More than half of all EVs on road worldwide are in China & that's no overcapacity rather a geocapacity that has become the model for the green transition. Thanks to π¨π³ #geocapacity, vehicle electrification is set to slash the need for 5 million barrels of oil a day by 2030.
