Despite either agreeing to the permanent division of Kashmir or providing full backing for it, AJK politicians still have the audacity to peddle rhetoric on Indian-occupied Kashmir.

5. Kashmir found itself besieged by a million soldiers, with widespread attacks on homes, abductions of children and youths, and the looming threat of genocide.
6. The complete silence and refusal to speak for the people of Indian-occupied Kashmir by the political elite of Azad Kashmir was carefully orchestrated as they had already cemented the division of Kashmir, keeping the Kashmiris in utter darkness.
7. Fast forward six years, and the political elite of Azad Kashmir have changed their tune, now invoking the cause of Kashmir—but not for the welfare of its people, but rather for their own interests.
8. Their concern seems to revolve less around the lives lost in Kashmir and more about maintaining the status quo. To them, the bloodshed in Kashmir serves as a perverse lifeblood, fueling their political agendas.
