Here are complete details of Bill tabled in #Uttarakhand Assembly which is beginning of end of SICKULARISM!

#UniformCivilCode REPEALS ALL PERSONAL LAWS such as Hindu Marriage Act, Hindu Succession Act, Christian Marriage Act, Parsi Marriage & Divorce Act and MOST IMPORTANTLY, Mu$£im Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act,1937.
ONLY Constitution will Prevail.
Other Laws Defunct.

🔥 COMPLETE BAN ON POLYGAMY
🔥 Complete ban on oppressive practices like Nikah Halala or Iddat (compulsory waiting period for woman to remarry after death of/ divorce from her husband). BOTH practices now made CRIMINAL OFFENCES.

🔥 Common marriageable age for girls ACROSS ALL faiths➕ enforcing similar grounds & procedures for divorce.
🔥 Marriage age for girls to be 18 yrs & for boys 21 yrs. No more Nautanki of Child Marriage as in a PARTICULAR Faith.
🔥 Mandatory registration of EVERY marriage.

🔥 Both husband & wife will have equal reasons and grounds for divorce. The same grounds of divorce which are applicable for husband will also be applicable to wife.
🔥 Second marriage will not be possible as long as one wife is alive, i.e., Polygamy Completely Banned.

Mind you that #Uttarakhand BJP Govt hasn't framed #UCC in a haste. It has been a long process where rules are framed by 5-member panel headed by Retired SC Judge Ranjana Desai, after reviewing 2.33 Lakh written suggestions & 70+ meetings with all sections of society.

Goa already has Uniform Provisions under Portuguese Law, 1867.
#Uttarakhand to be 1st State to have Bharatiya Version of UCC. To be followed by UP,Assam, Gujarat too.
