In the 2018 Clade X Pandemic Exercise, a group called A Brighter Dawn claims repsonsibilty for developing the Clade X virus... Their spokesperson says the goal is to reduce the human population to pre-industrial levels. π€
The ABD spokesperson is anonymous but he speaks English "with what sounds like a British or European accent." ππ€£π
