1) BoD has approved raising of funds up to INR 125 Cr via issuance of equity shares and/or any other eligible securities either via QIP or any other mode.
2)Company has received Letter of Intent worth INR 357 Cr from Pimpri Chinchwad, Municipal Corporation, Pune for construction of General Hospital Building for PCMC Hospital, to be completed within 36 months.
3)Company has strengthened its Mumbai presence by signing its 2nd Redevelopment Project for Prakash Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd located at Santacruz (W), Mumbai with a total construction area of 211,000 square feet. Company is expecting to generate total sales value of INR 350 Cr.
4)Vascon has received Letter of Acceptance amounting to INR 353 Cr from Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited (Govt. of Jharkhand Undertaking), for remaining work of Construction of Medical College and Upgradation of District Hospital at Koderma, to be completed within 30 months.
5)Company has received Letter of Intent amounting to INR 262 Cr from Bridge and Roof Co. India Ltd., a GoI enterprise for Planning, Designing, Construction, IT (Networking) and Maintenance of Government Medical College at District Kanker, Chhattisgarh under Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Ltd., (Government of Chhattisgarh). The work has been awarded on ‘EPC Basis’ and needs to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement.
6)Company has received Letter of Acceptance for INR 605.6 Cr from Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation Limited (A Government of Bihar undertaking), for Construction of Lohia Medical College & Hospital including Hospital and Residential Building, Supaul. The work has been awarded on ‘EPC basis’ and has to be completed within 36 months.
7)Vascon Engineers has received Tender worth INR 382 Cr from Maharashtra State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation Ltd., to be completed within 36 months.
8)Vascon Engineers has received letter of acceptance for INR 158 Cr from Superintending Engineer PMGSY, U.P.P.W.D, Uttar Pradesh. The work has to be completed within 18 months from the date of receipt of Letter of Acceptance.
9)Company received Letter of Acceptance worth INR 96 Cr from Pune Metropolitan Region Dev. Authority for construction projects, to be executed over 18 months.
10) Vascon Engineers Ltd has received Letter of Award amounting to INR 77 Crores from Vedanta Ltd. for Provision of Development of Landscape, services and infrastructure for Cairn Oil & Gas Residential Complex at Barmer, Rajasthan.
