Joseph Daniel Luck purchased some unambiguously nazi products and music in December of 2021. He had it all shipped to his home address which matches his CA State barber license address. Joseph also co-owns Lucky Peak’s barber shop in Los Alamitos. 3/10
Lucky Peak’s barber shop was recently acknowledged by the Mayor of @CityOfLosAl who profiled Joseph Luck and his business partner on the “Mayor’s Business Spotlight.” It was posted to the Los Alamitos City’s youtube account November 20, 2023. 4/10
Let’s have a look at some of Joseph Daniel Luck’s purchases: A Skullhead album and Blue Eyed Devils album. Both bands notorious for band members’ associations with white power movements and criminal racial violence/mass murder. 5/10
Joseph Daniel Luck also purchased a Skrewdriver album, a 2022 Skrewdriver calendar and a Paul Burnley and the Fourth Reich album. 6/10
Joseph Daniel Luck also purchased an album by the band RAHOWA (racial holy war). Ben Klassen first popularized the term "Racial Holy War" and it remains a ubiquitous phrase with neo-nazis and accelerationists who advocate violence towards Jews and POC. 7/10
Joseph Daniel Luck (MrLuck on IG) is also active in the SoCal/Long Beach hardcore scene and plays in bands such as Dry Sockets, Hardship Anchors, and Transistor. IG accounts show him in these bands between 2012 and 2023. 8/10
At this point we have found NO links between Joseph “Joey” Daniel Luck and any known white supremacy groups or active clubs. We share this information so people can make informed choices where they spend their money and who they support. 9/10
We will not be getting haircuts at Lucky Peaks in Los Alamitos. We will not go to any venues that give a stage to nazi sympathizing bands. Joseph “Joey” Daniel Luck has a documented history of supporting nazi bands and websites like Midgård. 10/10
