If the market has to move up, we need to see the presence of strong market buyers.
If the market has to move down, we need to see the presence of strong market sellers
Using #orderflow, one can identify where market orders are present and how they are driving the markets

Using orderflow imbalances, in a proper context; one can identify the strength of buyers when market is moving up.
During up move, see how the blue blocks on ask side (indicating imbalances were more) compared to down move.

During the strong up move, see the lack of sellers and total buyers dominance.

You could also see the same thing during the down move. Blues on bids were higher than asks showing market selling is higher.
