Shaykh Kamal al-Marzuqi al-Maliki:
1) Every Zionist on the land of Palestine is a Combatant (Harbi)
The Combatant Disbeliever in jurisprudential terminology is not the one who drew their weapon and fought you.
The Disbelievers are divided into categories:
1) Every Zionist on the land of Palestine is a Combatant (Harbi)
The Combatant Disbeliever in jurisprudential terminology is not the one who drew their weapon and fought you.
The Disbelievers are divided into categories:
Musta'man (Disbelievers who were guaranteed temporary security by the Islamic state.) , Mua'had (Disbelievers from outside the Islamic State who have a commitment and covenant between them and the Islamic State.),
Dhimmi (Disbelievers who live under the Islamic State while Paying Jizyah) , Harbi ( [Combatant] Disbeliever whose State is at war with the Islamic State. Disbeliever who is not a Dhimmi and doesn't have covenant with the Islamic State.)
Any Disbeliever who is not a Dhimmi, a Mua'had, or a Musta'man is a combatant (Harbi) Disbeliever.

So, by their mere presence on the land, even if they never raised a weapon in their lives,
they are combatants who we are permitted to k-!! because they are aggressors.
If we add to this the fact that conscription is compulsory and that they are all reserve soldiers, their men and women, since the age of 18, 24 months for women and 3 years for men, Only students of yeshivas (religious schools, and this is only theoretically)
are exempted from conscription. Each one of them who has completed his service is summoned for a month every year until he reaches the age of 43. This has remained in practice, but since 2008, it has become possible to be exempted from the monthly call.
