- Fatigue: Chronic fatigue
- Self-Harm: Attempted suicide
- Sleep: Insomnia, sleep apnea
- Memory: Memory impairment
- Cognition: Slowed thought processes
- Skin: Chronically dry, thinning of skin
- Libido: low/no sex drive
- Erections: ED
- Penis: loss of size/shape/sensitivity

- Physical: Gynecomastia, loss of muscle mass, body fat gain
- Mental: Depression, brain fog
- Fertility: Reduced sperm count/quality, watery semen
- Face: bloated puffy face, feminine features, loss of beard/facial hair
