One candle that has the open, high, low, and close of a 90 minute interval does not tell you anything about whether price is going to consolidate further, move up, or move down.
If you give this candle a bigger resolution to lets say 10-15 candles, you can see all the breakers, orderbloccks, fvgs, pd arrays etc. that pertain to this 90 minute candle. Using these PD arrays you can predict the points of resistance and support for the next 90 minutes.
