1. First thing first, accept that it takes time to get over a #heartbreak. It takes days, months and sometimes years to get over it and feel normal.
So, accept that you are heartbroken and it will take a good amount of time to feel okay again.

3. Now let us focus on the solution!
Psychologically, heartbreak is something that makes you feel Incomplete. Because we are endlessly asking - Why it happened?
We are looking for answers - why it occurred, whose fault was it and whom to be blamed?

4. To deal with this feeling of incompleteness, we have to learn to focus on completing tasks. This shift in focus will help us feel full & accomplished.
How?
Focus on finishing small tasks such as one chapter, one test paper or maybe as little as just taking a bath.

5. As you learn to focus on completing small tasks, a shift in focus will happen!
All this while you were focusing on pain, now, you will focus on completing tasks. Heartbreak wasn't a choice but doing small every day is!
It is what you can do. It is in your hands!

6. So, what have you learnt?
1. Shift your focus from pain to COMPLETION
2. Heartbreak gave a sense of incompleteness. So, focus on things that you can complete
3. Start small. As small as solving one quiz
4. Make a list of 10 such small tasks everyday & COMPLETE THEM one by one

7. Gradually, your mind will be trained to focus on task completion rather than pain. Mind is a muscle, we can train it the way we want to.
