Compulsory meeting of Apex Committee SHOULD HAVE happened by June End & issue Flood Control Order.
But it NEVER happened as Delhi's Peon was busy defending his corrupt Ministers.

If anyone is to be blamed.... it's ONLY & ONLY Delhi's Peon Saint Kejriwal who As "Chairman of Apex Committee" chose NOT to get the Committee's MANDATORY MEETING scheduled in June end & organised, despite the revenue department moving a file to this effect on 19.06.2023.

This apathy and criminal negligence and neglect of duties, in a matter as critical as THIS related to well-being & health of people of Delhi is NOT new. EVEN last year, Kejriwal DIDN'T LET this meeting happen.

On file moved by DM of East District (nodal officer of Apex Committee) on 19.06.23, Divisional Commissioner-who's also Convenor of Committee,requested Delhi's Peon Kejriwal on 21.6.23 to suggest suitable date for holding MANDATORY meeting of Apex Committee in June last week.

File was submitted to CM through Revenue Minister Atishi Marlena.
BUT, Kejriwal DIDN'T EVEN look at this CRITICAL file. His Secretary returned file AFTER 04 days on 26 June with noting"Hon'ble CM desires Minister for Revenue MAY hold meeting"(required to be Chaired by CM)

But Atishi Mar-lena had her own priorities!
After Kejriwal offloaded this responsibility involving the well being of 2.5 Cr Delhi residents on Atishi, she again did not deem it fit to see the file and convene a meeting of the all powerful Apex Committee.

Instead, her OSD instructed Divisional Commissioner to 'have short meeting (NOT THE APEX COMMITTEE) for releasing Flood Control Order 2023...on 30.06.23 at 6:30 PM in her conference room with Divisional Commissioner, Pr Secy (I&FC), DM (East) and Chief Engineer.'

DM,then, issued notice on 27 June for SHORT meeting scheduled 30 June.
BUT even THIS meeting DIDN'T happen as Maharani Atishi was busy avoiding oath of new DERC Chairman & had taken FALSE sick leave.
DM OFFICE again issued a meeting notice on 5 July for Meeting on 6 July.

It was just a procedural matter, BUT, Procedure required to save Delhiites from inconvenience & to save their Health.
Why Couldn't Peon Kejariwal find 30 minutes for SUCH imp meet? Where was Maharani Atishi busy?
