LayerZero snapshot on the horizon?
Rumors are true?
Let's explore ๐Ÿงต๐Ÿ‘‡
In this thread we will take apart a snapshot from LayerZero, exploring exactly what you need to do to get under it.
We will use an example of metrics from Arbitrum, one of the recent projects that have pleasantly surprised its users.
At the end list of all the helpful sites.
Bryan mentioned that the $ZRO token wouldn't be available until the team had established a more extensive ecosystem.
Simply take a look at it; the project is expanding rapidly, and that's the data from May 13th, the list is significantly larger now.
CEO Bryan is pleasantly surprised by the rapid growth in interactions with LayerZero.
If the influx of new users during summer and the daily transaction volume increase at the same rate, we will witness astounding record-breaking values.
I'd also like to share Bryan's reply to a Twitter user regarding Sybil and transaction volume with you.
Let me clarify immediately that I will be utilizing data from Dune and drawing assumptions based on it.
Accurate information is solely available to the LayerZero team.
At the snapshot, Arbitrum had approximately ~3,000,000 addresses, with only about ~600,000 of them receiving the airdrop, which is 20% of all addresses.
As you can see, in the case of $ARB, obtaining a hit by snapshot was simple, but not everyone got into it.
The rewards were divided into tiers.
We'll discuss these tiers since our goal is to reach the top 15% of LayerZero wallets.
LayerZero currently has approximately ~1,800,000 unique addresses; 20% equates to 360,000 addresses.
Our objective is to reach this number but remember that the statistics on Dune may contain errors. Instead, strive for the top 10-15% of each metric.
What tiers might be available?
โ€ข Transactions
โ€ข Network Count
โ€ข Active Weeks
โ€ข Active Months
โ€ข Total Volume
โ€ข Number of Bridges Used
โ€ข Amount of $STG in Stake
โ€ข Bridge and NFT Creation
Let's examine some of the statistics.
Here are some of the metrics that will get you into the top 15% of all users.
1/ Users by Chain
โ€ข Interacting with more than 5 networks.
2/ Users Txs
โ€ข More than ~8 transactions.
3/ Users Volume
โ€ข More than 5000$ in transaction volumes.
4/ Users by Week
โ€ข More than 5 active weeks.
5/ Users by Month
โ€ข Over 2 unique active months.
What conclusions can be drawn?
โ€ข Engage in an activity at least once or twice a week.
โ€ข Interact in different networks.
โ€ข Interact with various contracts. (Ranges can be divided by the number of sites with which you interact)
โ€ข Occasionally, check your position in the overall ranking to ensure you don't fall behind.
โ€ข Apply a similar approach to all other projects, use Dune statistics, and if the project makes an airdrop, you are guaranteed to get it.
โ€ข A variety of sites are available for interacting with the LayerZero ecosystem, along with several Dune stats to examine your wallet and other useful crypto information.
