🟢Weekly schedule
If you don't have a clear schedule it's difficult to get anything done
🔸I write down a weekly schedule every Sunday night
▫️I list concepts I need to learn & revise
▫️I always make use of the #ALX calendar so I know what what is due for the week.

🔸I check the loadsheading schedule to know what time we'll have electricity.
My laptop needs a new battery so I can't study w'out electricity.
🔸This way, I manage my time better, thus improving my productivity. I'm less likely to be overwhelmed/stressed

🟢Preparing for a project
🔸I read up on concepts, take notes, & apply what I've learned by practicing on a Compiler. This takes me hours
▫️On everage, I spend 10 hours learning & solving tasks each day.
🔸I only watch tutorials if i still struggle with concepts after reading

🟢Tackling Projects
🔸I pay attention to project requirements to avoid making unnecessary mistakes.
🔸I don't always submit my projects on the first deadline.
🔸My goal is to understand a concept & be able to apply it. If I can't, I continue to learn regardless of the deadline.

🔸I work on a project for hours , some take me days.
🔸When submitting on the second deadline I do my best to get 100% on each task, this will then be 65%.
I'll then complete advanced tasks to push my score.

I revise the concepts I've learned at the end of each week.
🔸I sometimes host weekend revision/tutorial sessions to work with & learn from my peers
🔸 I repeat tasks I struggled with the most, even if i got them right
🔸I do advanced tasks i couldn't complete on time

I get stuck at times & this is one of the ways I use chatGPT.
🔸I write my own code & run it.
If it doesn't work well & I'm out of ideas, I ask chatGPT to help me fix it. Example 👇🏿

My wall has colorful motivational quotes & prayer guides to keep me grounded, to remind me why I started so I can keep pushing These quotes also remind me to be kind to myself on harsh days💚
This journey isn't easy but I believe we'll reach our goals #DoHardThings
