Altars can be both evil and good, depending on who the priest (owner) of the altar is. It is good for every man and woman of God to have altars in their homes because spiritual battles are BATTLES OF ALTARS.

Balak is aware that there is POWER in a spoken word. Words are BUILDING BLOCKS in the spirit world. He simply needed these people to be cursed.

sacrifices (that's why he was so generous with his sacrifices). The power of an altar is determined by the sacrifices given to the altar. Unfortunately, many believers don't understand this. We see this in the way that they're very sparing in their giving.
