2/8 Big basket bag,Iwas alone in the hall He walked straight away to the kitchen without my permission I was telling him to keep things in the hall. He said no madam it's fine I Will keep things in the kitchen. I ran away to the kitchen and told him once you kept leave this place
3/8 He didn't respond to that and came near me and Touched my shoulders and was trying to come near me. I got scared and pissed off I ran into the hall and opened the main door and was shouting at him to go out. He came to the hall and near the main door and closed the main door,
4/8 and was trying to come near me. Also he was asking "madam give me your number I will leave" literally he repeatedly asked for my number for 20 times. I was yelling at him that there is a camera outside please leave, my friend is in the other room, i will call the police.
5/8 he didn't even care about those things he was asking for my number again.
At last I called my friend for help, he saw that and he walked off smiling. I really can't understand what the hell is happening and how dare the delivery guy behave like this when a girl is alone.

6/8 Immediately contacted the big basket customer care to report this issue, They told me that they will escalate and terminate that guy. I was asking them I need that guy's number and name to complain to the police station .They told only the name,not number or any details!
7/8 spoke to 5 different level executives, everyone replied the same "as per the company policy we are not supposed to disclose the delivery partner's number"I was surprised that I was talking about safety and things and telling them what exactly happened they didn't even respond
8/8 And moreover I was asked to not share anything on social media or Twitter or go to the police station. They just said they will escalate everything internally I seriously can't take it lightly! I am gonna complain to the police station

Conclusion:
I am going to file a police case against that person who works for the big basket, and asking everyone to be safe when collecting delivery especially girls🙏🙏.
