...the idea that crypto will inevitably do well because of a) the massive debt + budget deficits + Boomer entitlements that will require huge amounts of money printing, and b) people's inherent predilection for gambling, especially in tough times.

However... I also firmly believe in the future of crypto for its more noble aspects as well.
I'm a pretty young dude, but I've lived a long life, and seen many things that give me *immense appreciation* for principles such as privacy, self-custody, permissionlessness, etc.

For these reasons- and its vastly greater utility + efficiency over legacy financial rails- I firmly believe that the rise of crypto is a monumental historical event and human advancement, and one that will be written about far into the future.

The quesiton of privacy is one of the most promising aspects of this, as privacy is something we have largely lost - or traded away - in the process of our societal digitalization.

I was introduced to @silentdao_ by my buddy @Route2FI, who I've become good friends with these last few months, and who is Silent's Head Of Growth.

Silent has been building under the scenes for quite awhile, and is now getting ready to roll out everything they've been working on - and at a very opportune time, given the craziness of the current macro + political + regulatory environment.

Now, I am not a privacy maximalist by any means - I think the future of crypto is a continuum, w/ some solutions that offer zero privacy and/or decentralization, and others that aim to make one or both of those elements absolutes, as well as countless variations in between.

I think @silentdao_ is building something extremely cool and unique in this regard (and composable rather than a new base layer) that can provide immense utility for defi users + protocols, and in a manner that is a sustainable from a regulatory perspective.

For that reason I am very proud to now be working with them as an Ambassador... essentially doing some threadooring, helping explain some of the more esoteric concepts re: their tech, and just generally *banging the drum* (ie raising awareness) about them :)
