Bad deal with scrapping of taxes & 30% local ownership of foreign subsidiaries registered in Kenya. taxman KRA gets nothing, GOK gets 0% equity ownership and Kenyan investors get 0% equity ownership meaning,MORDERNA KENYA will be 100% US owned. All profits shipped back to the US
