Alright, let's get into the registration process.
First go to: metaform.xyz and connect your MM wallet, I advise you to create a new wallet for this and make sure to keep your seed phrase safe and secret, after you connect tap on "log-in" and Sign the transaction.

Fill in your name, and email, leave the "company section" empty, and fill in the country you are from, next fill in your GitHub link if you have one, if you do not you can skip it, the same thing for the Linkedin link and website when asked.
Next, connect your Twitter and follow and verify, do the same thing with discord.
Enter your telegram link, which is just your username with a link before it, "image 1" then write down your experiences, the more explainable the better, & on the next page you will be asked if you're Experienced in developing and testing on EVM & ZETA if you do enter fill it.
Now copy the wallet address of the wallet you connected earlier and paste it, and for who referred you, you can copy and paste my Twitter link, it's not compulsory as far as I know.
