I hereby challenge @inecnigeria to publish its minutes of meetings from 2 weeks to election on 25th February to March 13th with its commissioners and RECs
these Minutes taken clearly shows the reason why chairman decided NOT to transmit the presidential result real-time

In the minutes, commissioners pushed for the narrative that the country is one constituency and only the inec chairman is permitted to announce results. Unknown to the chairman it was an ambush to rig the election. By the time the chairman realizes it was too late

On the 26th February the international observers prevailed on the commission and the chairman authorised the uploading.
However the non transmission from the pu before proceeding to the collation points saw results tampered with to give Bola Ahmed a stolen victory

I dare the commission to deny the decision NOT to transmit the result was not taken by the commission
2. That commission did not withhold the password from the polling officers deliberately
3. The commission should give reason why results were anounced before 80% were uploaded

How come some bvas were reconfigure in selected states to enable uploading of tampered results after 2 to 3 days of polling?
4. Why is the date of upload different from the dates the bivas programmed to shutdown??
4. Why were the bvas accreditation figures changed?
