Your narration of events is dishonest and ahistorical.
Large segments of Dhulbahante were documented "British friendlies", they were armed by the Brits & fought AGAINST Mad Mullah.
MM assassinated leading DH Garaads.
How come you're not interested in this documented history?
E.g. Jaamac Siyaad, a large subclan of Dhulbahante were a British friendly clan. Armed and supplied by the Brits to fight the Mad Mullah. This is well documented.
But this history does not suite your dishonest POV, so you ignore it, exactly what you accuse others of.
Plenty of other Dhulbahante clans were British friendly, you can add Barkad (Guuleed Garaad), reer Hagar and Khaalid to the list.
The fact that they were British friendly tribes and were armed by the British to fight the Mad Mullah is not up for debate or dispute.
Dhulbahante elders literally pleaded to the British not to trust, or believe, the Mad Mullah letters.
Segments like the Ali Geri were with him, but the reality is many Dhulbahante sub-clans vociferously opposed him and were subsequently decimated by him.
Actually, Dhulbahante were the only clan in Somaliland to officially demand a British officer to be posted to them along with a Kadi.
That British officer would later become the late John Drysdale, whom you met.
But this documented history is brushed aside by kacaan revisionists and propaganda merchants like you because it devalues the social currency of the fake narrative you present, i.e. DH "fought against colonialism yada yada yada"... a simplistic and juvenile "sheeko maqaaxi".
