Recently i met a promotor in a marriage function and i heard his journey from scratch to biggest chimney manufacturer of india and i realized the pain and struggle for a startup , kudos to all businessman of our country.
Recently i met a promotor in a marriage function and i heard his journey from scratch to biggest chimney manufacturer of india and i realized the pain and struggle for a startup , kudos to all businessman of our country.
He started his journey as a sales executive in 1989 (steel industry) then in 2008 he ventured in to manufacturing of kitchen appliances with focus on cooking appliances and then he realized that there is a need of a startup for import substitute in kitchen appliances ,
so he ventured in Chimney manufacturing in 2018 , journey was not easy because it was very difficult to replace chimneys from china with same or better quality with same or cheaper price tag. He started production but in 2020 covid created havoc for them , liquidity crunch salary
working capital but they managed somehow. After covid chimney production was back on track and then there was a fire incidence in 2022 and again they went in to cash crunch situation , inventory loss but i feel that God is always with you if your intentions ,ethics are good
and if you are hard working . He started working again , in his journey many times he was not having money to pay salary but a dream doesn't become reality through magic ,it takes sweat , determination and hard work and now he is a promotor of a
biggest chimney manufacturing company of india with many big clients - well done Amit kaushik ji .@chd_ak21 ,salute to all businessman of our country for providing jobs , tax for growth of country. Sitting in a room its difficults for us to know about difficulties
Pain and struggle what startup or any business is facing , i am proud of all businessman of our country.
