IMPORTANT:
I purchased some documents from @wearezauba. Even after 72 hours since payment, they didn't provide any document. They do not even bother to reply to the mail and there is no other option to contact them.

@wearezauba situation happened last year too when I subscribed to track a few companies and I didn't get any service. As it was a small amount, I didn't bother much. But this time I needed some extremely important documents and thought that they can provide, but this is not only (2/n)

a shocking behavior but utterly disgusting for a registered company.
I raised this matter with @RazorpayCare as well. Hoping to get a solution soon.
In case it doesn't get sorted, what other measures I can take - any help in this regard will be much appreciated. (3/3)
