TLDR good market with proven demand, factor dao’s creator vaults might be able to overcome the problem of cores of vault protocols.

First, vault protocols have always been something that's challenging because of the constant requirement to develop new strategy ideas, quants and education/marketing to public that is required.

On the other hand their is clear market demand for it, reference @UmamiFinance @rage_trade or even older protocols like @alpacafinance

TLDR
This is almost as good as it gets for defi native investor & team list on arbitrum

- 210k was raise at 5m fdv for community bootstrapping - linar vesting over 12months
- Fair launch start from 10m fdv - 0 locked
- Token will heavily depend on its TVL, Fee,veFCTR

📍Thinking of how i would play it
Some questions i asked myself
🔹am i bullish on “vault” sector?,
50/50 i trust my quant friends & my strategies more
✅am i bullish on team & execution so far?
Fucking yes so far on marketing and BD, keen to see how their strategies work

🔹Tokenomics
Fair, the early investors are all good investors that can provide value, not just invest and walk away guys. 5 FDV is a cheap (i wish i got in) but at the same time it's only a small proportion.

🔴The main concern i have is camelot hype will push the valuation too high like for $trove in the fair launch. Tbh for factor dao it might be better to do whitelist at a fix valuation so the valuation would be push too high

🐑How i would play it
I want to be involved for sure just depends when.
I’d probably invest a small size if valuation is under 20m, and monitor how the protocol tvl & fee grows and the strategies they are launching to decide whether i should continue to go in.

This is mainly to avoid moonboys pushing the auction valuations too high n end up no supporting on the price
🔹Overall I like the protocol, the team looking forward to how will it will grow
