I think @flyspicejet has the shittiest service among Indian providers. Flight was delayed by 20 min when I checked in at Patna and now itβs delayed by 2 hours on fake grounds of bad weather at Darbhanga. Darbhanga is sunny at 26Β°c.

They do have change flight/refund service, but there are zero flights to choose from. Only option left is to choose to wait for 4 hours. If I apply for refund from @flyspicejet they will promptly cancel my flight and put someone else who can pay more.
They @flyspicejet wait for people to reach airport, check in and then announce the delay so that there is no way back. Had I known it will be delayed, I would have changed my plans, or started late from my home. This is seriously pathetic trick when you know you will be late.
