If I had to start from ZERO
This is what I'd do to get to $10,000/mo in 6 weeks

Also before we get into my gameplan
I want you to know that when I started my lead gen agency 14 months ago
I scaled it to $13,000/mo in 92 days and to $44,000/mo 6 months later
So it is MORE than possible
The first thing I'd do is choose a market & pick a niche
Right now I'm working with B2B SaaS companies
But since I'd be starting from zero
Wouldn't pick that niche to start with
Just have seen that the market is harder to penetrate without case studies with similar offers
The goal would to just get fast and reliable cashflow into the agency first
Because if you don't have cashflow
You don't have anything
So I'd go after a traditional service-based industry
Product-market fit is 95% of the time there
Deal structures are simple
And I would not have to learn unique value props or mechanisms like with SaaS
Since I'm experienced in marketing
I'd go after full-service marketing agencies
Why full-service?
Could just combine services and position the offer like I want to
Literally did this with one of my first clients
Combined 5 services into 1 offer
Slapped
Also to make it a bit easier
I'd target Northern Europe
I know the culture here and understand how people want to do business
I could relate way better with the prospect with everything
My offer also would be simple as fuck and focused towards an actual end benefit
These agencies don't want more sales calls
They might not even know that they have a lead-generation problem
They might think that they have a sales problem since they are not selling enough
When in fact they probably just have shit quality leads
And they are not getting enough of them
So I'd frame my offer like this:
We'll generate an extra 100,000€ in the next 10 months (or less) for your Full-Service marketing agency in the Nordics
- Long timeframe (better client quality and expectations)
- Focused on end result
- Easy to understand
- Easy to overdeliver on (referrals and sick case-study)
Then I'd create a super simple landing page like this:
No need to get fancy here
We are just going straight to the point
Then I'd write a VSL educating them on what they are doing wrong + showing how to do it right
At the end of the VSL I'd explain why they should not do it themselves and why to hire me to do it
Value stack an offer and explain why it is a no-brainer to at least hop on a call
Good bonuses + guarantees
A bit of urgency mixed into it as well
And a call to action to book a 30-minute discovery call
After that, I'd buy 10 domains with 2 email accounts each
Throw them into a warm-up and set up the tech
- Dmarc
- Forwarding to LP
- Custom tracking domain
I'd go to apollo and scrape a list of 5000 leads
- CEO, Founder, Owner, Co-founder
- Full-Service Marketing
- Nordics
Super broad list
No need to start targeting specific
In the first 30-days of running outreach, I would be able to send 11 000 emails
If 2/3 of those are follow-ups
I'd reach out to 3666 leads + follow up with them twice
Even if I just hit a 0.5% booking rate, I'd book 18 calls
18 calls
85% show-up rate = 15 calls
40% qualified = 6
6 demo calls with 25% closing rate 1-2 clients
So basically my sales strategy would be to do discovery calls and disqualify all clients who I don't see potential to scale with
Should be around 50-70% that get disqualified and not moved into a demo call
Would disqualify everyone who doesn't have +20k LTV or who would not be open to tweaking the offer, niche & structure a bit
In most cases these full service agencies just sell everything to everybody
So would want to spin through different claims based on their services
And see what market resonates with
This way I could be confident on service delivery since I could change offer & messaging
Would price my offer at 3000€ + 300€ per call
A bit on the low end but would again just want fast cashflow into the business
These numbers and frameworks that I'm throwing out are actual data that we are seeing from our coaching clients & own experience
So they are not just made up
I'd repeat the same thing for the same thing next month and start running high-volume outreach for my clients as well
Would just have to have 3 clients at 300€ per call to make around $10k/mo
(10 calls for each every month = 10 X 3 X 300€ = 9000€ = $9800 usd)
This of course is an oversimplified version and can't go to all the small nuances here since the thread would end up being 100 tweets long
But this is the high-level strategy I'd follow
