Re: tiktoks w/ a woman telling men to get more wives & speaking graphically about her own husband we should remember the Prophetﷺ said: "Do you know what that's like? It's like a shaytana meeting a shaytan in the street, fulfilling his desire from her while people look at them."

He also said In Muslim: The worst people on the Day of Judgment with Allah are a man who goes to his wife and she to him, then he goes & divulges her secret.
إن من أشر الناس عند الله منزلة يوم القيامة الرجل يفضي إلى امرأته وتفضي إليه ثم ينشر سرها رواه مسلم

The ruling on this is the same for men and women. We should not be describing other people sexually to others, especially our spouses.
Al-San'ani said as mentioned in al-Tanwir that impermissible for both men and women to speak of these things, (cont.)

"because this is only done by a lewd person. This Hadith shows that not all that is true should be told."
