Here is a breakdown of how I did it

So November 2021 was one of the darkest months in my life
I had just crashed a sales outsourcing agency from $80k/mo to ZERO
This was because of bad cashflow management, too fast growth & mainly my lack of skills to run an operation that big
After we shut the company down and got rid of our staff & office
I was left with $4000 in my personal account
(Cashflow so slow that I wasn't even making money from the whole company)
We had paid off ALMOST everything
- Rest of the rent
- 12-month software contracts
- 70% of sales rep commissions
We still had to pay around $9000 in commissions to our reps
My co-founders told me:
"We can't pay, we have $0 on the business account"
"Fuck"
All the reps were my friends from my hometown or old sales networks
Even my little brother was working for me at the time
"I can't just not pay these guys who grinded 10h at the office every day for my dream"
So I took out a $5000 loan and combined it with the $4000 I had in my account
Paid the commissions
Called everyone and said sorry that it was a bit delayed
Didn't explain where we got the money
Just paid it off
I was left with $0.64
I had just moved into a new apartment
Couldn't afford food so after a few hungry days ended up selling my iPad for $100
Best feeling in the world
Got $100 in my wallet
Was pretty fucking done with entrepreneurship at that point
That was my 4th year in the game and I again was left with nothing
So started applying for normal 9-5 sales jobs
I just wanted that stable $2500/mo income after taxes
(not proud of almost quitting)
In the process of finding companies to work for
I found an amazing marketing agency that was looking for a Head Of Sales
The company looked great & they mentioned that I would be an outsourced commission-only employee
I was fed up with taking risks but I knew I could pull it off
I had sold SMMA service previously so was confident
Met up with their CEO and shook hands
Immediately started running cold emails & LinkedIn outbound for them
I also cold-called some interesting companies that I found in the newspaper
That combination worked amazingly well
Was running campaigns at a 7% booking rate
I remember just not replying to emails saying "yeah let's have a call" because I had so many leads coming in
In December I made $8300
BACK IN THE GAME BABYYYYYY
Realized how powerful proper outbound campaigns were
Also, clients I dealt with started asking about lead gen services
Saw my possibility and decided to once again take the leap
Informed the CEO & team that I'm going to start my own lead gen agency
They were sad but took it well and we parted ways
(still talk to the founder. So fucking cool dude)
I started running cold emails targeting other marketing agencies in Finland
Started quickly closing clients (small agencies & small deals)
Didn't even sign starting fees - just wanted to get traction asap
Just took all the risk
For the first client, I booked 14 calls in the first 14 days
They made an extra $10k from those and doubled their monthly sales
Doubled down on everything and started learning cold email & marketing at a greater level
After the first 92 days, I was at $13,000/mo
Couldn't even take on more clients
Life was looking fucking amazing
Ended up bringing on a partner and rebranded the agency to B2B Marketing SaaS
The co-founder was a super smart guy and helped me to systemize the agency to a more scalable model
Tripled our prices
Got way cooler clients
Hired 11 VAs in total
And after 6 months we hit our record month of $44,000/mo
While just working on managing the team, writing new campaigns & doing client comms
Now I'm making +$50,000/mo while working with an amazing team of people
Enjoying every single day & looking to scale to stable 7-figures this year

Remember this:
I was 100% ready to give up on my dreams
After 4 years of failure after failure
I didn't have it in me anymore
BUT I STILL WENT FOR IT
THE ONE LAST TIME
Obviously, through all of those years of failures & wins, I had learned a lot
I had built up valuable skills and real-world experience
- Managing a team
- Client Acquisition
- Making offers
- Picking niches
- Scaling
And much more
The last time I decided to go for it
I had built up so many skills that I ended up turboscaling from $0 to $50,000/mo in 10 months
But it was only possible because I went through so much trial and error
Gathering small bits of information from here and there
That's why I'm so happy when I see guys going from absolutely 0 to +$10,000 months in a few months with their lead gen agencies at av
Using the system I was forced to learn by trial and error
