IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS - Cloud Computing Service Types explained:
IaaS, or Infrastructure-as-a-Service, provides infrastructure resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networking over the internet. You pay for these resources on a pay-per-use basis.
PaaS, or Platform-as-a-Service, provides a platform for building, deploying, and managing applications. It includes everything in IaaS and tools for developing and running applications.
SaaS, or Software-as-a-Service, provides software applications over the internet. You pay to use the software and do not need to worry about installing or maintaining it.
In summary: IaaS provides infrastructure resources, PaaS provides a platform for building and running applications, and SaaS provides software applications.
