- they know they aren’t that good deep down. But the silver lining is: do this and it will force you to become great

3) How do you find these people?
Twitter has *some*. But you’ll find a lot in specific FB groups (find them yourself), as well as conferences.
If you’re good and can prove it and willing to work on performance only, many will take a chance on you

4) I’d suggest having some clause or parameter that forces them to test your copy at a minimum level of ad spend
In exchange for working no salary they agree to reasonably test it to XYZ spend, or whatever

This way, you have multiple levers to increase their and your profit share.

6) Some experienced product owners prefer to just pay a higher flat fee than profit share
But if you approach with a profit share %, they may offer you a much higher flat fee rate than you’d normally get just to have be one and done and stop the profit share convo

This is possibly the best way to 1) hone your skill 2) get REAL experience 3) make a lot of cash
Once you build up your own cash, you can do this for 100% profit on your own stuff
