ICT gave a homework to start a demo account and put it into Drawdown. and use the month to dig It out of DD. I ran that account like 42 or 43% that month.

Without enough practice and experience watching market behavior, your emotional response to different stages of executing, trades play out, you will crumble when you load up a challenge / live account (not a micro)

Remove as much of the painful learning curve as you can. Make your entries as mechanic as possible, perfect the recognition of your model and then the execution of your model. Once you do that then the intra-trades emotions, Journal them. Recognize what puts you on tilt (4/x)
How you feel, and when you identify how you feel you know why you feel that way. you'll be less likely to make decisions based on those emotions.

There is only you and your results, and they answer all of your questions. Are you ready, have you improved, etc. Focus on you, put the honest time and effort in and results will follow.
