10 simple hacks to 10x your focus in the next 10 minutes:
1) Write
Distracting thoughts come out of nowhere and steal your focus.
The solution?
Write them down.
This removes them from your mind.
Your thoughts are now stored, and it will be easier for your mind to “close the loop.”
2) Meditate
Meditation helps clear your mind of distracting thoughts and promotes clear focus.
Take 5-15 minutes daily to sit alone and acknowledge your thoughts.
With regular practice, mental clarity becomes normal.
Headspace or Calm are great apps to get started.
3) Go outside
Exposure to sunlight and fresh air helps you feel recharged.
Getting out will help you detach and feel more present.
Fit in a quick walk when you take a break.
You’ll have more energy and be more productive when you get back to work.
4) Use a timer
Deadlines help you focus deeper and be 10x more efficient.
For each work session:
Set the time it should take you to finish.
This constraint keeps you on task and makes procrastination far less likely.

Find what works best and use it during your work sessions.
10) Organize your environment
