Tether is very clearly an accessory to the FTX/SBF fraud. There's a reason he chose Tether.

It makes sense that you would not want to conduct audits when you're knowingly receiving billions of dollars stolen from suckers.
The drug cartel money Bitfinex/Tether received was seized by various governments. One can argue that the stolen money paid to Tether from SBF/FTX should be frozen and/or seized.
